NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th November, 2010
S.O. 2733(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred
by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways number S.O. 1813(E), dated the 24th July,
2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part
11, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 24th July, 2009,
namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification ,-
against Serial number 1 relating to district
"Sivaganga", in column 2, for the entry "District Revenue
Officer, Sivaganga", the entry "Special District Revenue
Officer (Land Acquisition), National Highways,
Ramanathapuram" shall be substituted;
against Serial number 2 relating to district
"Ramanathapuram", in column 2, for the entry, "District
Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram, the entry "Special
District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), National
Highways, Ramanathapuram" shall be substituted.
