NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th November, 2010

G.S.R 907(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) read with clause (b) of sub-section (2)

of Section 156 of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force

Act, 1992 (35 of 1992), the Central Government hereby

makes the following rules to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border

Police Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer),

Group 'C' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2010, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Indo-Tibetan

Border Police Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector

(Stenographer), Group 'C' Post, Recruitment (Amendment)

Rules, 2010.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their

publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Schedule to the Indo-Tibetan Border Police

Force, Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer), Group 'C'

Post, Recruitment Rules, 2010 —

Under column 8, for item (b) and the entries relating

thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"(b) Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute

Transcription : 50 minutes (English) on computer ;or

65 minutes (Hindi) on Computer. "
