NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th February, 2013

S.O. 417(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by

Section 15L read with Section 15N of the Securities and

Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri Jog Singh as Member of

the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai for a period of

five years with effect from the forenoon of 20-2-2013

or till he attains age of sixty two (62) years, whichever is

earlier.
