G.S.R. 122(E).— In the Government of India, Ministry

of Health and Family Welfare (Directorate Gerneral of Health

Services) Notification No. Z-28025/02/2012-Drugs dated

the 8th November, 2012, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub-Section (i) on

8th November, 2012 as No. G.S.R. 816(E) notifying the names

of persons for renewal of licenses for operation of Blood

Banks in the Table appended to it at S.No. 2 the name Shri

Samant Rai may be read as Shri B. K. Samantaray.
