1. (1) इन 5व&नयम को देना बक अधकार3 कमचार3 (सेवा&नo`fÙk के बाद &नजी lsDVj म4 काय क'

Lohकृ&त) संशोधन अध&नयम, 2013 कहा जाएगा A

(2) यह 5व&नयम सरकार3 राजप< म4 उनके काशन क' तार3ख से भावी ह गे A

2. देना बक कमचार3 (सेवा&नo`fÙk के बाद &नजी lsDVj म4 काय क' Lohकृ&त) 5व&नयम, 2000 के 5व&नयम 4

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 11th November, 2013

No. IR/AMEND/02/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies

(Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and

Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, the Board of Directors of Dena Bank after consultation with the Reserve Bank of

India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to

amend the Dena Bank Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement)

Regulations, 2000, namely :—

1. (1) These regulations may be called Dena Bank Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector after

Retirement) Amendment Regulations, 2013.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In regulation 4 of the Dena Bank Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector after Retirement) Regulations,

2000, in sub-regulation (1), for the words “two years”, the words “one year” shall be substituted.
