NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th September, 2013

S.O 2771(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments

in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,

number S.O. 405 (E), dated the 16^th February, 2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16^th February, 2010 namely:-

In the Schedule to the said notification, against Serial Number 1 relating to district

“Darjeeling” in column (3), for the entry “Km 0.00 to Km 8.370 of NH-31D” the entry “km 0.00 to

km 17.130 of NH-31D” shall be substituted;
