को दनांक 16, अ= तूबर, 2009 क5 अधसूचना सं. का. आ. 2625(अ) के तहत मुंबई

महानगर Eे के Fलए भी लागू +कया है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th November, 2013

S.O. 3445(E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of

Section 1 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978), the

Central Government, in the Ministry of Urban Development, vide its notification number

S.O. 2625(E), dated the 16th October, 2009, has applied the Metro Railways (Construction

of Works) Act, 1978 to the Metropolitan Area of Mumbai.

2. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1)

of Section 32 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central

Government hereby adds the following metro alignment of Mumbai Metro Line-1 in respect

of the metropolitan area of Mumbai to the Schedule of the said Act, namely :—

“The Metropolitan Area of Mumbai

Mumbai Metro Line-1 :

Versova - D.N. Nagar - Azad Nagar - Andheri-

(Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar)

Western Express Highway (WEH) – Chakala –

Corridor

Airport Road – Marol Naka – Saki Naka - Asalpha–

Jagruti Nagar – Ghatkopar.

OCC/Depot

:

OCC and Depot at D.N. Nagar.
