S.O. 3446(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Rajiv Gandhi

National Aviation University Act, 2013 (26 of 2013), the

Central Government hereby appoints the 18th day of

November, 2013 as the date on which the provisions of

the said Act shall come into force.
