5 टॉक सीमा और संचलन नबIधन) हटाना (संशोधन) आदेश, 2013 है ।

(2) यह, आदेश राजप म2 :काशन क9 तार&ख को :वृ; त होगा ।

ORDER

New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013

S.O. 3543(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of

1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Removal of (Licensing

requirements, Stock limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specified Foodstuffs Order, 2002, namely :—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Removal of (Licensing requirements, Stock limits and Movement

Restrictions) on Specified Foodstuffs (Second Amendment) Order, 2013.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Removal of (Licensing requirements, Stock limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specified

Foodstuffs Order, 2002, in clause 7, in sub-clause (1), for item (iii), the following item shall be substituted, namely :—

“(iii) paddy and rice for a period up to 30th November, 2014”.
