New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013

S.O. 3534(E).—In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the National

Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore

Act, 2012 (38 of 2012), the Central Government hereby

appoints the 29th day of November, 2013, as the date on

which the said Act shall come into force.
