NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th November, 2013.

S.O. 3577 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of Section 4, read with sub-section (3) of

Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) and with Section 6 of the All India

Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. K

Jagadeesan, Founder Chairman & Chief Surgeon, K.J. Hospital Research & Postgraduate Centre, Chennai to be a

member of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar in place of Shri P.K. Pradhan, former Secretary,

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and for that purpose makes the following amendment in

the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, number Z-28016/42/2013-SSH,

dated the 2nd July 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 2012 (E), dated

2nd July 2013 :—

In the said notification, for serial number and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry

should be substituted, namely:—

“1.

Dr. K Jagadeesan,

Founder Chairman & Chief Surgeon,

K.J. Hospital Research & Postgraduate Centre,

Chennai.”
