NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th December, 2013

S.O. 3637(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby

makes the following amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways number S.O. 2964(E), dated the

19th December, 2012 published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the

19th December, 2012 namely:—

In the Schedule of the said notification against

District "Patna" in Taluk “Barh” “against village “(5)

"Dahaur",—

(i) against survey number “1657” under column (6)

for the entry “Govt.”, the entry "Private" shall be

substituted;

(ii) against survey number “1657” under column (7)

for the entry "Non-Agricultural", the entry

"Agricultural" shall be substituted;

Any person interested in the land mentioned in this

notification may, within twenty-one days from the date of

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object

to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the

principal notification under sub-section (1) of Section 3C

of the said Act.
