NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 11th December, 2013

S.O. 3638(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping,

Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road

Transport and Highways) number S.O. 1836(E), dated the

26th October, 2007, published in the Gazette of India No.

1316, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated

the 26th October, 2007, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification, against Serial

number 1, relating to District Ranga Reddy, under column

(2), for the entry “Revenue Divisional Officer/Land

Acquisition Officer, Ranga Reddy East Division¸, the entry

“Renenue Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer,

Malkajgiri Division” shall be substituted.
