NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2013

S.O. 3614(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the National Commission

for Minorities Act, 1992 (19 of 1992) as amended vide the

National Commission for Minorities (Amendment) Act, 1995

(44 of 1995) the Central Government hereby appoints

Ms. Mabel Rebello, as Member of the said Commission

under sub-section (2) of that Section for a period of three

years with effect from the date of assumption of office by

her.
