No. 56 (RE-2013)/2009-2014

Subject : Restriction on export of certain chemicals.

S.O. 3656(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development &

Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government,

with immediate effect, restricts export of following chemicals:

2. ITC (HS) Codes mentioned in the above table are indicative. Export of all the 3 item indicated in the above table

shall be restricted even if exported under any other ITC (HS) Codes.

3. Effect of this notification :

Export of above mentioned three chemicals has been “Restricted”. Export of these itms would now be permitted

under license.
