NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2013

S.O. 3705(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the notification

of the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 294(E), dated the

14th February 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii)

dated the 27th February 2007, namely:—

In the Preamble to the said notification—

For the words and figures “Special Land Acquisition Officer No. 5, Solapur”, the words, figures and

“Deputy Collector Land Acquisition No. 11 (Krishna Khore), Solapur”, shall be substituted.
