NOTIFICATION

New Dlehi, the 18^th December, 2013

S.O. 3710(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956

(48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred as the said Act) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India in

the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.No. 2239 (E) Dt. 20.9.2012 & S.O.No.1274 (E) Dt. 21.5.2013 except

the things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers

mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such

authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect

of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluka,

police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building

(widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, Management and operation of Gadu to Dwarka section National Highway No.

8E (Ext.) in the State of Gujarat.
