CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2013

S.O. 3737(E).—In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government

hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways, number S.O. 303(E), dated the

23rd January, 2013, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part Il, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the

31st lanuary, 2013,

In the schedule to the said notification, mentioned

in the column No. (8) ‘area in Hectares’ shall be read as

“area in Sq. Mtrs”.
