NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2013

S.O. 3753(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification to the

Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways number S.O. 723(E), dated the 15th March,

2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th March,

2013, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification,

against Serial Number 2, relating to District “Jalgaon”,

Taluk (i) Chalisagoan under column (2), for the Competent

Authority “Sub-divisional Officer, Division Pachora,

Pachora”, The Competent Authority “Sub-divisional

Officer, Chalisgaon Division, Challisgaon”, shall be

substituted.
