NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 2013

S.O. 3756(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes

the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road

Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport

and Highways) number S.O. 631(E), dated the 18th April,

2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 23rd April,

2007, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial

number 3, under column (2), for the entry “Revenue

Divisional Officer, Nuzvid”, the entry “Sub Collector/Asst.

Collector/Revenue Divisional Officer, Nuzvid” shall be

substituted.
