CORRIGENDUM

FINAL FINDINGS

Subject : Sunset Review anti-dumping investigation

concerning imports of 'Phosphoric Acid-

Technical Grade and Food Grade (including

Industrial Grade)' originating in or exported

from China PR.

F. No. 15/1010/2012-DGAD.—Having regard to the

Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time,

and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and

Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and

for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, the

Designated Authority has notified the Final Findings

Notification No.15/1010/2012-DGAD dated 8th November,

2013.

2. In para 74 of the aforesaid Notification, “the

European Union” should be read as “China PR”.
