उपखAड (ii) म1 CकाDशत क7 गई थी, Gवारा आ$H Cदेश राJय के कुरनूल िजले म1 रा'(&य राजमाग

सं;या 18 के 224 /360 Mक.मी. से 350 /450 Mक.मी. (कडापा-कुरनूल से5शन) तक के भूखAड का

)नमाण (चौड़ा करने@चार लेन का बनाने, आQद) अनुरRण, Cबंध और Cचालन के Dलए उस अधसूचना

अधसूचना से उपाबG अनुसूची म1 Tव)नQद'ट भूDम का अजन करने के अपने आशय क7 घोषणा क7 थी;

और उ5त अधसूचना का सार उ5त अध)नयम क7 धारा 3क क7 उपधारा (3) के अधीन

10 मई, 2013 को ‘‘वाता” और ‘‘Qद Qह$दु” दोनY म1 CकाDशत Mकया गया था;

अत: अब, के$%&य सरकार, सRम Cाधकार& क7 उ5त fjiksVZ Cा[त हो जाने पर और उ5त

अध)नयम क7 धारा 3घ क7 उपधारा (1) Gवारा Cद_त शि5तयY का Cयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा

करती है Mक उ5त अनुसूची म1 Tव)नQद'ट भूDम का पूव]5त Cयोजन के Dलए अजन Mकया जाना चाQहए;

और अब, के$%&य सरकार, उ5त अध)नयम क7 धारा 3घ क7 उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म1 यह

घोषणा करती है Mक इस अधसूचना के राजप म1 Cकाशन पर, उ5त अनुसूची म1 Tव)नQद'ट भूDम सभी

Tव`लंगमY से मु5त होकर आ_यि$तक aप से के$%&य सरकार म1 )नQहत हो जाएगी ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi the 20th December, 2013

S.O. 3748 (E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, number S.O.757 (E) dated the 18th March, 2013 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified

in the schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and

operation of National Highway No.18 on the stretch of land from Km.224/360 to Km.350/450 of NH-18

(Kadapa – Kurnool section) in Kurnool District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Vaartha”, and “The Hindu” both dated

the 10th May, 2013, under sub-section (3) of section 3-A of the said Act;

And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3-D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 3-D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the

said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3-D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
