NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2013.

S.O. 3793(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iv) of clause (b) of Section 3 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940

(23 of 1940), the Central Government, after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board, hereby makes the

following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number

S.O. 1468 (E), dated the 6th October, 2005, namely :—

In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, the word “sterile” shall be omitted.
