NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December, 2013

S.O. 3814(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways

Act,1956, (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition Officer (General),

Nagpur as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under said Act with effect from the date

of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 12.000 to Km.

36.000 (Nagpur–Hyderabad Section) of National Highway NH-7 for Building (Widening), Maintenance, Management

and Operation of the said National Highway, in the state of Maharashtra as Specified in the Schedule below:—
