New Delhi, the 24th December, 2013

S.O. 3810(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (2)(c) of Section 3 read with sub-section (4)

of Section 4, of the National Commission for Backward

Classes Act, 1993 (27 of 1993), the Central Government

hereby appoints Saini as Member of National Commission

for Backward Classes, against an existing vacancy for a

term of three years with effect from the date he assumes

office.
