ORDER

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2013

S.O. 3822(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment

(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government

hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment

and Forests, number S.O. 489(E), dated the 30^th April, 2003,

namely :—

In the said Order, in paragraph 1, for the words “for

a period of ten years and eight months” the words “for a

period of twelve years and eight months” shall be

substituted.

Note : The principal Order was published in the Gazette
