NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th December , 2013

S.O. 3888(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989

(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the

Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number S.O.1736 (E), dated 15th July, 2008,

in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) published on dated 22nd July, 2008, namely:-

In the said notification, the designation of the Competent Authority i.e. the words “Deputy Chief Project

Manager (Land)” shall be substituted by the words “Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer,

Narmada Yojna, Kadi 1, Narmada Colony, Nanikadi Road, Kadi, Mehsana”.
