NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2013

S.O. 3920(E).—In pursuance of provision to rule 78

of the Aircraft Rules, 1937, and in supersession of the

notification No. S.O. 1934 (E) dated 28th June, 2013,

published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section 3,

Sub-section (ii) dated 1st July, 2013, the Central

Government hereby directs that no person shall operate

scheduled air transport services to/from an aerodrome

including Defence aerodroms with effect from 31st

December, 2013, to 30th June, 2014 unless it has been

licensed by the Director General of Civil Aviation.
