MINISTRY OF TEXTILES
ORDER
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2013
S.O. 3915(E).—Whereas the Central Government
after considering the recommendations made to it by the
Standing Advisory Committee, had directed vide order
S.O. 2659(E), dated the 31st October, 2012, that the
commodities specified in column (2) of the Schedule of
that order, shall be packed in jute packaging material, for
supply or distribution, in such minimum percentage, as
specified in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the
said Schedule for the year 2012-13, i.e. up to 30th June,
2013;
And whereas the Central Government extended the
validity of the said order vide number S.O. 1788(E), dated
the 20th June, 2013, for a period of three months from the
date of the expiry of the said order, that is, up to
30th September, 2013;
