NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 31st December, 2013

S.O. 2(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central

Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government,

after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy,

hereby makes the following anemdment further to amend

the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—

In the said Schedule, under the heading

‘‘HIMACHAL PRADESH”, against serial number 35

relating to Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, for the

entries under column 4, the following shall be substituted,

namely:—

Foot Note:— The Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy

Central Council Act, 1973 was first amended vide notification

number S.O. 3496, dated the 11th October, 1977, published

in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)

and last amended vide notification number S.O. 3654(E),

dated the 11th December, 2013.
