NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2014

S.O. 15(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

under Rule 16 (1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, the Central

Government, in consideration of the necessity to import

petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Adani Hazira

Port Private Limited in Gujarat for importing of petroleum

class ‘A’ in bulk in India by sea upto 31.12. 2015 from the

date of issue of this notification.
