NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2014
S.O. 36(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Additional Joint Collector (Non Cadre) West
Godavari District as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from K.m. 0/0 to
K.m. 35/200 of the National Highway No. 214A (Digamarru to Ongole section) for building (widening/four-laning,
etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
