NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th January, 2014

S.O. 38(E).—In exercise of power conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in

the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O. 335(E) dated the 14th February, 2011 published in the Gazette of

India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 14^th February, 2011, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification,

(a) against serial No.1 relating to District “Bilaspur” in the 5^th column “Bilaspur and Masturi” shall be

numbered as (1) Bilaspur, (2) Masturi and after (2) Masturi as so numbered the entry shall be inserted namely “(3) Sipat”

and in the last column (A) against Taluk Bilaspur, Masturi and Sipat” the entry “Risda” shall be numbered “(6) Risda”

and after entry “(7) Darrighat” shall be entered.

(b) against serial No. 2 relating to District “Janjgir-Champa” in the last column, after entry “(8) Risda” the

following entries shall be inserted namely, (9) Konar, (10) Nandali, (11) Mulmula, (12) Bhainso, (13) Jhilmili,

(14) Jhulan, (15) Pakaria, (16) Banahil, (17) Taround, (18) Tilai, (19) Putpura, (20) Khokhara, (21) Pendri, (22), Sukali,

(23) Nawapara, (24) Udaibandh, (25) Paisoud, (26) Pithampur, (27) Hathnewara, (28), Mausarisda, (29) Sakreli,

(30) Portha, (31) Nawaparakhurd, (32) Dodaki, (33) Tohiladih, (34) Jujung, (35) Sakrelikala, (36) Sarwani,

(37) Tendutoha, (38) Karrapali, (39) Rewapali, (40) Masaniakhurd, (41) Masaniakala.

(c) against serial No. 3 relating to District “Raigarh” in the last column, after entry “(23) Rangalpalli” the

following entries shall be inserted namely, (24) Amadol, (25) Jamlore, (26) Naharpali, (27) Baikunthpur,

(28) Kosmanara, (29) Chhatamura, (30) Darogamuda, (31) Badmal.
