NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th January, 2014

S.O. 41(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the Additional Joint

Collector, Adilabad as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said

Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the

stretch of land from Km. 615.000 to Km. 668.600 of the National Highway No. 222 for building

(widening /two-laning with paved shoulders, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State

of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.

SCHEDULE

Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 222 in the State of Andhra Pradesh on the

stretch from km. 615.000 to km. 668.600 including its realignment and construction of

bypass, etc.
