NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 10th January, 2014

S.O. 84(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

the sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Semiconductor

Integrated Circuits Layout-Design Act, 2000 (37 of 2000),

the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of

January, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of

Sections 93 and 94 of the said Act shall come into force.
