New Delhi, the 17th January, 2014

S.O. 121 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by Section 3 of the National Capital Region Planning Board

Act, 1985 (2 of 1985) read with rule 3 and 4 of the National

Capital Region Planning Board Rules, 1985 and in

continuation of the earlier Notification S.O. 3095(E) dated

11th October, 2013 except in respect of things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central

Government hereby nominates Principal Secretary, Town

and Country Planning, Government of Haryana Vice

Minister of Town and Country Planning, Government of

Haryana in the National Capital Region Planning Board.

The principal notification was issued vide S.O.

No. 3095(E) dated 11th October, 2013.
