NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th January, 2014

S.O. 125(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by the sub-section (1) Section of 3A of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government

hereby makes the following amendment in the notifications

No. S.O. 159 (E), dated the 14th January, 2013, published in

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,

Sub-section (ii) dated 14th January, 2013 of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways;

In the Schedule to the notification No. S.O. 159 (E),

dated the 14th January, 2013, against serial number 1 relating

to Osmanabad, against Taluka “(2) Washi”, in column (4),

the entry of Village “(15) Ramkund ” along with its entries

in column No. (5), (6), (7), (8) shall be deleted and against

serial number 1 relating to Taluka “(3) Bhum”; in column (4)

after entry “(3) Girwali”, the entry of village “(4) Ramkund”

along with its column Nos. (5), (6), (7), (8) shall be inserted.
