धारा 13 क उप धारा (2) ारा द शिय का योग करते ए, कीय हो योपैथी परषद् से परामश! करने के

प" चात्, उ अिधिनयम क दूसरी अनुसूची का िन'िलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथा!त्:-

उ+ त दूसरी अनुसूची म, /म सं1 या 34 के सामने, 2 तंभ सं1 या 4 म, “जुलाई, 2010 से दस बर, 2012 तक”

के श6 द और सं1 या8 के 2 थान पर, “जुलाई, 2010 से दस बर, 2013 तक” श6 द और सं1 या रखी जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th January, 2014

S.O. 120(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central

Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy hereby

makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :—

In the said Second Schedule, against serial number 34, in column 4, for the words and figures, “From July,

2010 to December, 2012”, the words and figures, “From July, 2010 to December, 2013” shall be substituted.

Note.—The Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 was first amended vide notification

number S.O. 3496, dated the 11th October, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii)

and last amended vide notification number S.O. 3654(E) dated the 11th December, 2013.
