NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th January, 2014

No. CWC/XIV-4/Rectt.—In exercise of powers conferred by section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act,

1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Warehousing Corporation, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby

makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1986,

namely :—

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff) (35th Amendment)

Regulations, 2014.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Warehousing Corporations (Staff) Regulations, 1986, in Appendix-II,—

(a) Under the heading “General Management Cadre” against serial No. 20 relating to the post of Private

Secretary, for the entries under columns 2, 3, 4 and 7, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
