read with paragraph 5 of the Employees’ Provident Fund Scheme 1952, hereinafter referred to as “Scheme”, and in

supersession of the Notification No. Conf.5 (7) 96/ KR/4029 dated 21.05.2009, No. Conf.5 (7)96/KR/22177 dated

05.11.2009 and No. Conf.5 (7)96/KR/24891 dated 27.02.2012 issued by the Central Provident Fund Commissioner,

Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Head Office, New Delhi, which were published in the Gazette of India,

The term of office of the Chairman and every member of the Regional Committee shall be three years commencing

on and from the date on which their appointment is notified in the official Gazette. However, every member shall continue

to hold office until the appointment of his successor is notified in the Official Gazette.

4.

This will come into force with immediate effect.
