NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2014

S.O. 263(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India

Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 910(E), dated the 21^th April, 2010

namely :—

In the Table to the said notification, the following entries under columns number (1), (2) and (3) respectively

in respect of State of Madhya Pradesh shall be substituted, namely :—

ारा द त शि तय का योग करते !ए, भारत सरकार ,rn~}kjk िनद=श देती है क इसके साथ संल? न तािलका के

कालम (2) म1 व@णत येक रा ीय राजमाग से संबंिधत कायA का िन पादन करने के संबंध म1 येक रा ीय

राजमाग के सामने तािलका के कालम (3) म1 िविनधा&रत काय इस शत के अ6 यधीन रा7 य सरकार ारा पूरे कए

जाएंगे क संबंिधत रा7 य सरकार उ त अिधिनयम के अधीन वतमान म1 लागू िनयम का अनुपालन करने के िलए

ऐसे कायA को करने के िलए बा6 य हगी और उस योजनाथ त कालीन पोत प&रवहन, सड़क प&रवहन और

राजमाग मं,ालय (सड़क प&रवहन और राजमाग िवभाग), क अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ), तारीख

4 अग9 त, 2005 म1 एतDारा िन2 निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथात् :—

उसे अंितम बार का.आ. 2797 (अ), तारीख 16 िसतंबर, 2013 ारा संशोिधत कया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2014

S.O. 264(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each

of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State

Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State

Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in

force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road

Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4^th August, 2005, namely:—

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following

shall be substituted, namely:—

So much of National Highways No. 7 [excluding from Km. 243.600 to Km. 651.500

(Rewa to Katni to Madhya Pradesh/Maharashtra border)], No.12, No. 12A, No. 26A,

MP/Gujarat border)], No. 59A, No. 69 (excluding from km. 0.60 to km. 8.300 and

from km. 20.700 to km. 256.400), No.75 [excluding from km. 0.000 to 85.000 of

Gwalior to MP/UP Border including Gwalior bypass of Gwalior-Jhansi section],
