NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 5th January, 2014

S.O. 334(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred

by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government make the

following amendment in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport

and Highways, number S.O. 673(E), dated the 23rd March,

2010, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii) dated the 23rd March,

2010- namely :—

In the said notification -

(a) In the Preamble, for the said Notification for the

words, brackets and letters & Number ‘‘Special Land

Acquisition Officer No. 5, Solapur”, the words and figures

‘‘Deputy Collector Land Acquisition No. 11 (Krishna

Khore), Solapur”, shall be substituted.
