NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th December, 2014

S. O. 3068(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), the Central Government

hereby appoints S/Shri Sanjay Sharma and Sanjay Mahla,

Advocates as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting

prosecution of cases instituted by Delhi Special Police

Establishment (CBI) in the State of Rajasthan at Jaipur as

entrusted to them by the Central Bureau of Investigation

in the trial courts and appeals/ revisions or other matters

arising out of these cases in the revisional or appellate

courts established by law.
