NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2014
S.O. 3075 (E).— in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of
1956) read with Rule 3 of the National Highway Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, the Central
Government by notification number S.O. 682(E), dated 13th March, 2013 of the Government of India has authorized
National Highways Authority of India (the “Authority”) to levy and collect fee on mechanical vehicles for the use of
Shahjahanpur Bridge [Garrah river bridge] at km. 325.00 on NH-24 in the State of UP.
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) read
with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection ) Rules, 2008, the Central Government
hereby rescinds the notification number S.O. 682(E), dated 13th March, 2013.
