NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2014

S.O. 3102(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) Section of 3A of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the

notification No. S.O. 1548(E) dated the 16^th June, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part

II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 16^th June, 2014 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways.

The Schedule of the said notification is amended as below:—

(a) On page number 115, survey number 1901 (part) alongwith its details, shall be deleted from entries of

village (“17) Radhakishoregang No. 37” and this survey number alongwith its details, shall be

inserted in the entries of village “(18) Magur Chhara No. 8”, above the entry of survey Number

1899(part).

(b) On page number 115, survey number 2408(part) alongwith its details, shall be deleted from entries of

village “(118) Magur Chhara No.8” and this survey number alongwith its details, shall be inserted in

the entries of village “(19) Phulchhari No. 11”, above the entry of survey number 2408 (part).

(c) On page number 116, survey number 344/2996 (part) alongwith its details, shall be deleted from

entries of village “(19) Phulchhari No. 11” and this survey number alongwith its details shall be

inserted in the entries of village “(20) Guachand No. 22”, above the entry of survey Number

345/3044(part).

(d) On page number 117, survey Number 2611 (part) alongwith its details, shall be deleted from entries

of village “(20) Guachand No. 22” and this survey number alongwith its details, shall be inserted in

the entries of village “(21) Manu Bazar No. 12”, above the entry of survey number 2613 (part).

(e) On page number 119, in the entries of village “(21) Manu Bazar No. 12”, Survey Number “2849

(part)” shall be read as “2449 (part)”.

(f) On page number 120, survey Numbers 140 (part) and 143 (part) alongwith their details, shall be

deleted from entries of village “(23) Madhya Pilak No. 27” and these survey number alongwith their

details, shall be inserted in the entries of village “(24) Daulbari No. 30”, above the entry of survey

Number 64 (part).

(g) On page number 120, survey numbers 2076 (part) and 2077 (part) alongwith their details, shall be

deleted from entries of village “(24) Daulbari No. 30” and these survey numbers alongwith their

details, shall be inserted in the entries of village “(25) Harina No. 23”, above the entry of survey

Number 2077/4351(part).

(h) On page number 121, survey numbers 3978 (part) and 3980 (part) alongwith their details, shall be

deleted from entries of village “(25) Harina No. 23” and these survey numbers alongwith their details,

shall be inserted in the entries of village “(26) Paschim Jalefa No. 27”, above the entry of survey

Number 3981 (part).

(i) On page numbers 122 and 123, survey Numbers 1847 (part) and 2432 (part) alongwith their details,

shall be deleted from entries of village “(26) Paschim Jalefa No. 27” and these survey numbers along

with their details, shall be inserted in the entries of village “(27) Purba Jalefa No. 26”, above the entry

of survey Number 2515(part).

(j) On page number 123 survey Numbers 115 (part) and 116 (part) alongwith their details, shall be

deleted from entries of village “(27) Purba Jalefa No. 26” and these survey numbers alongwith their

details, shall be inserted in the entries of village “(28) Sabrum No. 31”, above the entry of survey

Number 117(part).
