छूट दे सकेगी।

37,400-67,000 . + #ेड वेतन 8700 . म@ िनयिमत आधार पर

िनयुि' के पHात उस Iेणी म@ दो वष सेवा कJ है।

हो;

(ii) कसी मायता%ा6 िव;िव|kलय या सं7थान से कृिष उSान म@

डॉVटरेट;

(iii) कृिष उSान िवकास/ कृिष उSान अनुसंधान के 0े म@ 12 वष का

पो7ट डॉVटरेट का अनुभव ।

0ट=पण 1 – %ितिनयुि' कJ अविध (िजसके अंतगत अ+पकािलक

संिवदा है) िजसके अंतगत केीय सरकार के उसी या कसी अय

संगठन या िवभाग म@ इस िनयुि' से ठीक पहले धारत कसी अय

काडर बाZ पद पर %ितिनयुि' कJ अविध है साधारणतया पाँच वष

से अिधक नह$ होगी ।

0ट=पण 2 – %ितिनयुि' िजसके अंतगत अ+पकािलक संिवदा है कJ

पाता के िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन %ा6 करने कJ अंितम

उaयन का साधारण %ित7थापन #ेड है उ' वेतन आयोग कJ

िसफ़ारश5 पर आधारत िव7तारत तK7थानी #ेड वेतन या वेतनमान

39,100 . + #ेड वेतन 5400 . म@ िनयिमत आधार पर िनयुि' के पHात

उस Iेणी म@ पाँच वष सेवा कJ है।

(ख) िजनके पास िनPिलिखत शैि0क अहता और अनुभव है:-

(i) कसी मा यता%ाQ त िव;िवSालय से उSान कृिष म@ िवशेषTता के साथ

कृिष म@ मा7टर िड#ी या एम॰एस॰सी॰ (कृिष उSान); और

(ii) सरकारी या सरकार के 7वायतशासी संगठन म@ कृिष उSान िवकास /

कृिष उUान अनुसंधान या कृिष उSान िव7तार के 0े म@ पाँच वष का

अनुभव।

टQपण 1 – %ितिनयुि' कJ अविध (िजसके अंतगत अ+पकािलक संिवदा है)

िजसके अंतगत केीय सरकार के उसी या कसी अय संगठन या िवभाग म@

इस िनयुि' से ठीक पहले धारत कसी अय काडर बाZ पद पर

%ितिनयुि' कJ अविध है साधारणतया चार वष से अिधक नह$ होगी ।

टQपण 2 – %ितिनयुि' िजसके अंतगत अ+पकािलक संिवदा है कJ पाता के

िलए अिधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन %ा6 करने कJ अंितम तारीख को छQपन

वष से अिधक नह$ होगी।

टQपण 3 – %ितिनयुि' के आधार पर िनयुि' के %योजन के िलए, कसी

अिधकारी dारा 1 जनवरी, 2006 से पहले या उस तारीख से िजससे छठे

केीय वेतन आयोग कJ िसफ़ारश5 पर आधारत पुनरीि0त वेतन संरचना

का िव7तार कया गया है िनयिमत आधार पर कJ गई सेवा को िसवाय उस

पाँच वष का अनुभव।

2 (i) कसी मानयता%ा6 िव;िवSालय/सं7थान से पH कटाई

%ोSौिगकJ/उSान कृिष/कृिष म@ डाVटरेट;

(ii) कृिष उSान या कृिष के 0े म@ पH कटाई %ोSौिगकJ के %बंधन म@

दो वष का अनुभव।

है) िजसके अंतगत केीय सरकार के उसी या कसी अय संगठन या

िवभाग म@ इस िनयुि' से ठीक पहले धारत कसी अय काडर बाZ पद

पर %ितिनयुि' कJ अविध है साधारणतया चार वष से अिधक नह$

(i) कसी मा यता %ाQ त िव;िवSालय/सं7थान से िड#ी या समतु+य;

और

G.S.R. 881(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Central Institute of Horticulture (Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2007, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to Group `A’ and Group ‘B’ posts in the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of

Agriculture & Cooperation, Central Institute of Horticulture, Medzhiphema, Nagaland namely: -

Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of

Agriculture & Cooperation, Central Institute of Horticulture, Medziphema, Nagaland, Group `A’ and Group ‘B’

Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2014.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Application.– These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column 1 of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Number of posts, classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale. - The number of said posts, their

classification, pay band and grade pay or pay scale and the scales of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in

columns 2 to 4 of the said Schedule.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns 5 to 13 of the aforesaid Schedule

Disqualification. – No person, –

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so

doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, by order and for reasons to be recorded in

writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
