कया गया है, उ2 अ िधिनयम के (योजन' के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवाएं घो िषत
कया

जाना चा िहए, नामत:—

(1) भारत सरकार टकसाल, कोलकाता, नोएडा, मुबई, हैदराबाद और चे 4रयापली िजह (थम अनुसूची क* मद

सं5या 11 म शा िमल
कया गया है;

(2) भारतीय सुरा मु णालय, ना िसक, िजसे (थम अनुसूची क* मद सं5या 12 म शा िमल
कया गया है;

(3) िस9यू 4रटी ;( <टग (ैस, हैदराबाद, िजसे (थम अनुसूची क* मद सं5या 12 म शा िमल
कया गया है;

(4) िस9यू 4रटी पेपर िमल, होशंगाबाद, िजसे (थम अनुसूची क* मद सं5या 21 म शा िमल
कया गया है;

(5) ब=क नोट (ैस, देवास, िजसे (थम अनुसूची क* मद सं5या 22 म शा िमल
कया गया है;

(6) कर=सी नोट (ैस, ना िसक रोड, िजसे (थम अनुसूची क* मद सं5या 25 म शा िमल

MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2014

S.O. 3189(E).—Whereas the Central Government being satisfied that the public interest so requires that the

services engaged in the following industries/establishments under the Ministry of Finance which are covered under

different items of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), as under, should be declared as

Public Utility Services for the purposes of the said Act:

(1) India Government Mints, Kolkata, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Cheriapally which is covered by item

No. 11 of the First Schedule;

(2) India Security Press, Nashik, which is covered by item No. 12 of the First Schedule;

(3) Security Printing Press, Hyderabad, which is covered by item No. 12 of the First Schedule;

(4) Security Paper Mill, Hoshangabad, which is covered by item No. 21 of the First Schedule;

(5) Bank Note Press Dewas, which is covered by item No. 22 of the First Schedule;

(6) Currency Note Press, Nashik Road, which is covered by item No. 25 of the First Schedule.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Central Government hereby declares with immediate effect the said

industries/establishments to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act for a period of six months.
