NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2014
No. 25-3/2003-LI(Vol. II).—The President
is pleased to make the following amendments to
“Post Office Life Insurance Rules-2011” published
on 28th April, 2011 in Gazette of India No. 85
(Part-I Section-1 Extraordinary).
The amount of maximum or aggregate
sum assured mentioned as Rs. Twenty Lacs
(20,00,000/-) in Rule No. 7, 14 and 17(e) may
now be read as Rs. Fifty Lacs (50,00,000/-) in
respect of Postal Life Insurance(PLI).
The amendments shall be effective from the
date of issue. Hindi version will follow.
