NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2014

S.O. 3251(E).—In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the

Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of

1967), the Central Government hereby constitutes

“The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal”

consisting of Ms. Indermeet Kaur, Judge of Delhi High

Court, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not

there is sufficient causes of declaring the United

Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) of Assam as

Unlawful Association.
