NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2014

S.O. 3246(E).—In exercise of power conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956

(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govt. Of India

in the Ministry of Road Transport and Higwhays No. S.O. 1610(E) dated the 25th June, 2014 published in the Gazette of

India Extraordinary Part-II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 25th June, 2014, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification,

(a) In S. No. 1, against column No.2 relating to District “Surajpur” Taluk " Surajpur" in the last column name of

village, after entry “(7)Morbhanj” the entries shall be inserted namely “(8) Sanjay Nagar ”, and "(11)Ajirama" .

(b) In S. No. 2, against column No.2 relating to District “Surguja” Taluk " Ambikapur" in the last column name of

village, after entry “(16)Manik prakashpur” the entries shall be inserted namely “(17) Pachpedi ”, "(18) Nawagarh",

"(19)Kantiprakashpur urf Luchki", "(20)Bishunpur", "(21)Keshavpur", "(22)Harratikara", "(23) Sandwar", and

"(24)Koldiha" .

after entry “(8)Sumerpur” the entries shall be inserted namely “(9) Lalmati ”, "(10) Ganjahadih", "(11) Sayarrai", "(12)

Silsila" and "(13) Gangapur".

(d) In S. No. 3, against column No.2 relating to District “Surguja” Taluk " Batauli" in the last column name of village,

after entry “(17)Khadchuma” the entries shall be inserted namely “(18) Kunkuri Kala ”, "(19) Khaddhuwa", and "(20)

Poksari.

(e) In S. No. 3, against column No.2 relating to District “Surguja” Taluk " Sitapur" in the last column name of village,

after entry “(13) Ulkiya” the entries shall be inserted namely “(14) Harratikara ”, and "(15) Lichirama.

(f) In S. No.3, against column No.2 relating to District “Surguja” in the fifth column Taluk

"Mainpat" shall be inserted, in the sixth column Police Station "Narmadapur" shall be inserted, in the last column name

of village, the entries shall be inserted namely “(1) Karabel ”.

(e) In S. No.5, against column No.2 relating to District “Jashpur” Taluk " Patthalgaon" in the last column name of

village, after entry “(8)Pathaladih” the entries shall be inserted namely “(9) Godhikalan”, "(10) Madanpur Ichko", "(11)

Palidih", "(12) Mirzapur" and "(13) Bandhiyakhar ".
